Referrals

All referrals, regardless of their complexities, will be considered, as it is our belief that services should be designed to meet individual needs. Comprehensive assessment will be initiated. Primary assessment will be aimed at identifying individual needs and personal choices. Secondary assessment will be based on the frequency and duration of challenging behaviours, an antecedent and consequence analysis and an analysis of known strengths and needs. In addition, comprehensive risk assessment will be carried out.

Our completed assessments will be the basis for service development. The service proposal will be presented to the individual and his/her sponsoring agency as a basis for discussion.
