providing solutions and care for those who present challenging behaviour patterns.
REFERRAL
All referrals, regardless of their complexities, will be considered,
as it is our belief that services should be designed to meet individual
needs. Comprehensive assessment will be initiated. Primary assessment
will be aimed at identifying individual needs and personal choices.
Secondary assessment will be based on the frequency and duration of
challenging behaviours, an antecedent and consequence analysis and
an analysis of known strengths and needs. In addition, comprehensive
risk assessment will be carried out.
